What is borrowing capacity and why is so important?
Borrowing capacity or borrowing power is the amount a lender is willing to lend you to purchase an asset, like a property. Everyone’s borrowing power is different, and you may have stronger or weaker borrowing power at different points in your life. When you have a higher borrowing power, it means that lenders have more trust in you to be able to handle and repay a larger home loan
What if I've been rejected before?
