Mortgage Loan Processor
No1 Property Guide is on the lookout for a motivated Mortgage Loan Processor to work with Darren Walters and deliver the dream of homeownership to renters across the country. If an earning potential of up to 200k (OTE) and a Burleigh Heads office sounds good to you then keep on reading!
About the Role
As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will assist in processing and managing mortgage applications for our clients across Australia. You will play a crucial role in getting renters out of the rental nightmare by helping them get 100% approved for their new homes.
You will be responsible for liaising with 3rd parties, assessing applications, and monitoring the progress of every client going through the finance process.
You will need to review information and documents sent to you from clients and interested parties, to ensure they encompass everything required for the finance process.
The finance process is the final step in Darren’s no or low deposit new home system and is crucial to the success of the business and helping our clients achieve their dreams. We have had a 95%+ approval rate with his system, and we expect you to maintain this high standard when helping renters get into their own home.

What We Expect From You:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous finance or mortgage officer role
· Demonstrable experience with mortgage lodgement software
· Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred, but not essential
· Able to reliably work Monday – Friday
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Google & CRMs
· Be coachable – everyday is a learning experience & we expect you to learn & grow with your role
· Be passionate about helping renters achieve homeownership
· Be motivated – Darren believes in giving his staff the best, but he expects the best in return

New Home Phone Consultations
The starting point for almost every member of the No1 Team, our Pre-Qualifiers are the backbone of our company. Pre-Qualifiers are generally the first point of contact for every client and will be the ones guiding potential renters in their homeownership journey.
Pre-Qualifiers collect the necessary information to guide our clients through Darren’s system. They will then assess the client’s situation and determine their factual new home options before guiding them to one of our New Home Specialists who will assist them in finding their dream home.
Our Pre-Qualifiers are passionate about helping renters get out of the rental nightmare, which is why we’re the most respected no or low deposit company in Australia. If you are driven, precise and passionate about helping others, then joining our pre-qualification team is for you!
Sales/New Home Specialists
The New Home Specialists at No1 Property Guide oversee finding the perfect new home solution for our clients whilst also guiding them through from initial enquiry to the key handover. By working closely with our Land Acquisitions team and our Finance team, our New Home Specialists provide renters an opportunity to get out of the rental nightmare.
All of our New Home Specialists were able to move into the role after proving their determination to help others get into their own homes as Pre-Qualifiers.

Land Acquisition

New Home Packaging is an integral part of No1 Property Guide. These experts specialise in packaging our available new build and land options to create house and land package our clients love.
Working closely with the Land Acquisitions team, our New Home Packaging team can accurately estimate the value of a property, allowing us to package and deliver new homes to each and every client.

Drawing upon their experience, as well as Darren’s 20+ years with finance and lending policies, our Mortgage Consultants are able to get renters approved for their dream homes. Even when the big banks or traditional lenders said it wasn’t possible.
