That’s why, every time we present a house and land package to a client, we endeavour to always provide a selection of 2 or more floor plans.
Of course, it comes down to your borrowing capacity and the size of the block of land. In some cases, we may only have a 1-floor plan that fits your needs and the size of the block. Or your borrowing capacity only allows for a single option. However, when we have the option, we will always present you with a range of modern home designs. So, you can truly customise and build your dream home.
On top of that, we also give you full control of the colour scheme for your new home. From internal fixtures, finishes and features, to the exterior walls, you control the colour of it all. We’ll also give you a selection of standard facades you can choose from. Or you can opt to pay a little extra for one of our premium facades if that appeals to you more.

How Long is the Building Process?
In most cases, all of our new home builds are completed within a 4-month build time. There are of course situations that can delay them, like bad weather. However, these rarely happen so you can generally plan with confidence knowing that once construction begins, it’s only a short 4-month wait until you can move into your new home.
What Does Turnkey Mean?
A full turnkey home means everything is ready when you move in. From internal painting and fixtures to the landscaping and driveway, every aspect of your home is included in the build price and completed before you move in.
Many companies offer ‘turnkey’ homes. However, these new builds generally won’t be full turnkey. So, they’ll be missing key aspects that end up costing you tens of thousands to add.
