From start to finish, when you work with us the construction of your home takes around 4 months. This is all thanks to Darren’s relationship with builders and developers. So, you can plan your new life as a homeowner around this time frame.
If you were to build your home on your own, it’s likely the build timeline will be significantly longer. Generally, the construction time of your new home is will take 6-12 months, sometimes even longer, when you build on your own.
While we do prove a 4 month build time, there are rare cases where it can be extended. This is almost always due to circumstances out of our control, like torrential rain, fires, trade supply shortages or border closures. But even with these delays, we are still able to deliver your new home in a great time frame.
